At ING we are looking for Data Management ExpertYour role and work environment:We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Data Management Expert to join our Delivery Team of Data & AIData & AI is focused on BE extremely personal and relevant BY turning data into rational and emotional benefits TO maximize value and customer engagement USING the 5 Right’s principles (The right data is in the right place at the right time for the right people on the right way).In order to achieve this mission, we are looking for a Data Management CJE who help us to evolve our Data Ecosystem.You have an end-to-end responsibility for the analyze, define and start-up the Informational platform use cases.You are passionate about improving the client experience and have a broad knowledge on data models to create the basements for decision-make and provide insights to our customers, regulators and the rest of the organization.You work in the Data & AI tribe in Spain together with other experts, building, defining, and deploying our new Data platform, providing data to our stakeholders in order to cover their need regarding informational and translating functional requirements to the technical team.You will initiate new and drive change, working closely with customers and key stakeholders on vision, strategy, and the road map.You are a team player and motivator. You are actively involved in the maintenance, development and realization of new data management capabilities.As an expert, you will deliver all the necessary business know-how and skills within the Squads to realize the shared purpose. As a Data Management CJE, you will report to the CJE Business Lead of Data & AI tribe.Your key responsibilities:As a Data Management Expert you will:You will have an end-to-end responsibility for the development information use cases for reporting and analytics.Contribute as a key member of the squad, you will provide a broad knowledge on data models taking business requirements form operational systems and elaborating information mappings for the development members .In collaboration with different squads and CoE (all together) define new requirements over Functional Data Architecture and Data Management Framework (WoW, Glossary, Metadata, Data Quality, Governance…)You will be responsible for the definitions of ready and done, and acceptance criteria for user stories in coordination with the teamWhat are we looking for?Want to know if this job is made for you? These are some of the qualities that we value the most for this role.Own a master or bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience .Have proven experience in Data Lake / Data Warehousing platforms , specially within Data Marts Modeling, ETL processes and Reporting, including value proposition design, performance improvements and platform data quality monitoring.Knowledge on Data Governance and Quality frameworks.Knowledge on reporting tools such as Micro Strategy, IBM Cognos, Power BI.Knowledge on the new trends about data management such us Data Fabric, Data Mesh, Data Virtualization …Agile working experience for more than 2-3 yearsBe able to communicate clearly (written and oral) to different stakeholders (advanced English is required)Be able to participate in the definition of data platform in strategic terms, linking current events and business strategy.Have strong analytical skills and create models to take decisions based on data and facts.Have strong analytical and judgement skills (recognize key information, organize problem identification, research, various methods of analysis, establishment of connections, etc.)Be a team player, stimulate cross-border interaction and alignment between people, Squads & Chapters.Be curious, passionate about innovation and stay on top of trends and developments within Data world.Are creative and a pro-active out-of-the box thinker who likes to work in a multidisciplinary team in an agile environment.You give and ask for constructive feedback.What do we offer?The time you spend at work, the challenges you face or the lessons you get are very important, but… What about your personal life? Requirements
