Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Google CES, Dialogflow CX/ES, Playbooks, and Generative AI for Customer Experience (GE4CX).
  • Build and deploy agentic AI, conversational workflows, and multi-channel chat/voice solutions integrated with backend systems and APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, Vertex AI, Cloud Functions/Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and BigQuery.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java, with experience in REST APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, grounding, scalability, monitoring, and AI solution optimization.
