Job description

The Client is currently executing multiple global acquisition programs. The implementation team is responsible for bringing acquired companies into the Client’s Oracle Cloud ERP environment by analyzing current business processes, aligning them with the Client’s standards, configuring Oracle Cloud, and leading implementation activities throughout the integration lifecycle., * Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud RTR & FAH implementation projects supporting global M&A integrations.

  • Perform hands-on configuration of Oracle Cloud Financial modules including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Financial Accounting Hub (FAH)
  • Subledger Accounting (SLA)
  • Cash Management
  • Financial Close
  • Intercompany Accounting
  • Support global mergers, acquisitions, ERP carve-outs, legal entity onboarding, Chart of Accounts (CoA) mapping, ledger setup, and financial data migration.
  • Analyze existing finance business processes of acquired companies and map them to the Client’s Oracle Cloud standards.
  • Conduct business process discovery, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and functional documentation.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Engineering, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate testing activities, resolve defects, and support business signoff.
  • Prepare implementation documentation, business process flows, configuration documents, and functional specifications.
  • Support SIT, UAT, cutover planning, deployment, Hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on Oracle Cloud integrations with Oracle EPM and external enterprise applications.
  • Drive implementation best practices across multiple concurrent M&A integration programs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience.
  • Minimum 3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financial implementations.
  • Strong hands-on Oracle Cloud configuration experience (mandatory).
  • Deep functional expertise in:
  • Record-to-Report (RTR)
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Financial Accounting Hub (FAH)
  • Subledger Accounting (SLA)
  • Cash Management
  • Proven experience supporting global M&A integrations, ERP carve-outs, legal entity onboarding, CoA mapping, ledger setup, and financial data migration.
  • Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinating business validation.
  • Strong business process mapping, process documentation, and functional design experience.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders during ERP implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial close processes, reconciliations, and Oracle Financials.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating Oracle Cloud ERP with Oracle EPM (FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS).
  • Experience with REST APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations.
  • Oracle Cloud data conversion and enterprise transformation experience.
  • Experience working on large global acquisition and enterprise integration programs.
  • Oracle Cloud Financial certifications are a plus.

  • Global entity setup: Experience creating and configuring legal entities across multiple countries/geographies.
  • Multi-geography support: Hands-on exposure to global operations, including country-specific business processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Multi-currency: Experience setting up and managing multiple currencies, exchange rates, and currency-related configurations.
  • Global compliance: Understanding of country-specific compliance, tax/regulatory requirements, and reporting.
  • GDPR & data privacy: Experience working with GDPR requirements and privacy controls for employee/customer data.
  • Compliance systems: Hands-on experience with systems that support global compliance, data privacy, audit controls, and regulatory reporting.
  • Ready-to-deploy candidates: Candidates should have recent, hands-on global implementation/configuration experience, not just theoretical knowledge.
