TELECOMMUTE Commercial Technology Manager

This full-time remote position based in the Charlotte, NC area involves overseeing platforms from CRM to e-commerce. You’‘ll collaborate with various departments to ensure technology strategy aligns with business goals, requiring expertise in diverse technology solutions., Develop and manage the IT strategy and roadmap for commercial applications. Collaborate with marketing to support demand generation and campaign execution platforms. Ensure accurate and complete product content across all commercial channels. Lead the delivery of enhancements and integrations across the application portfolio. Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate new technology opportunities.

5 years of experience in commercial application management or IT leadership. Experience in industrial technology or manufacturing. Knowledge of ERP integration patterns in a commercial context. Experience managing multiple CRM platforms in a B2B environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use data for decision-making.
