This role will be responsible for defining and governing data migration strategies, architectures, and solutions that support large-scale ERP implementations, acquisitions, divestitures, and enterprise system transformations.The successful candidate will act as the primary technical authority for data migration initiatives, ensuring the delivery of scalable, compliant, and business-aligned solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams across architecture, applications, integration, security, and data governance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead data migration strategy, architecture, and solution design.Define migration frameworks, standards, and best practices.Oversee data discovery, assessment, mapping, transformation, and validation activities.Drive data architecture decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.Define migration waves, cutover plans, rollback strategies, and go-live readiness criteria.Review and approve migration designs, validation processes, and reconciliation approaches.Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Application Owners, Integration, Security, and Data Governance teams.Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams and migration specialists.QualificationsRequired QualificationsProven experience leading enterprise data migration and data management initiatives.Strong understanding of ERP data migration processes and system transformation projects.Experience with cloud-based ETL architecture, preferably AWS.Knowledge of SAP architecture and integration landscapes.Understanding of network infrastructure concepts.Experience with manual and automated testing tools.Knowledge of CSV/CSA, GxP, and regulated system validation environments.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.PreferredExperience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.AWS certifications or cloud architecture experience.Experience supporting acquisitions, divestitures, and large-scale transformation programs.Additional InformationWHY YOU SHOULD JOIN FUSION:At Fusion, you’ll join a diverse team of talented professionals from around the world, united by a passion for delivering impactful digital transformation in the life sciences industry. Proven experience leading enterprise data migration and data management initiatives. Strong understanding of ERP data migration processes and system transformation projects.
