Junior Cloud Engineer

OpenKyber has a client in Westlake, TX that is seeking a Cloud Software Engineer.

Do you have experience in Test-driven development?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent

• 6+ years of software development experience
• Hands-on experience working in complex architectural designs and technology initiatives
• Passion for technology and can stay on top of the newest technology trends
• Highly motivated team player with strong communication, and organization skills
• Experience working in agile development environment
• Hands-on experience in Test Driven Development
• Deep experience implementing solutions using the following technologies

Nice to have experience implementing solutions using the following technologies Experience with:

• Application development on Public Cloud - AWS Managed Services, ECS, EC2, EKS, Serverless Framework/Lambda, API Gateway, Step Function, S3, ALB, Route53
• Front/back-end JS framework for Web Development such as Angular, NodeJS, Express
• Containerization technology like Docker (deployed on ECS, EKS)
• REST API development leveraging Java, Javascript, Python, Bash, SpringBoot
• Working knowledge with Database: Oracle, RDS, NoSQL Database
• Repository Management - Github/Bitbucket
• Support tools like Splunk/Datadog/Kibana
