Job description

  • Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and agentic workflows in production.
  • Develop solutions using LLMs, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and modern AI engineering practices.
  • Engage business stakeholders, translate requirements, and deliver scalable technical solutions.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions, solution design, and technical roadmaps.
  • Implement cloud-native development practices and maintain robust AI systems.
  • Apply MLOps for deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD of AI solutions.
  • Work in AI-assisted development environments with coding agents and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Partner with product management and architecture throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Advance organizational AI transformation initiatives and standards.
  • Establish and advocate engineering best practices for AI development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in software, AI, or machine learning engineering.
  • Proven experience deploying AI and LLM solutions to production.
  • Agentic AI experience.
  • Strong Databricks experience.
  • Expert-level Python development.
  • Hands-on work with LLMs and Generative AI.
  • Experience with AI orchestration frameworks or agentic architectures.
  • Cloud experience, with Azure preferred.
  • MLOps, model deployment, CI/CD, and production engineering practices.
  • Effective communication and direct collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Preferred: Insurance or life insurance experience, enterprise AI platform design, and leadership or mentoring experience.

Benefits & conditions

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Salary: $126,000 - $188,000/ yr. w2, Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
