Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reltio MDM & Integration Hub Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Reltio Master Data Management (MDM) and Reltio Integration Hub (RIH). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise MDM solutions while building scalable integrations between Reltio and various upstream and downstream systems.

The successful candidate will have expertise in data modeling, match and merge strategies, survivorship rules, API integrations, and modern data integration patterns to ensure high-quality master data across the enterprise., * Design, configure, and maintain Reltio MDM data models, entities, relationships, hierarchies, and reference data.

  • Implement match, merge, survivorship, and data quality rules to maintain accurate master data.
  • Develop, configure, and support integrations using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH).
  • Build and maintain RIH recipes, mappings, connectors, transformations, and error-handling workflows.
  • Integrate Reltio with enterprise applications using REST APIs, JSON, XML, flat files, and event-driven architectures.
  • Support batch, real-time, and event-based data integration processes.
  • Perform data loading, reconciliation, validation, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Collaborate with architects, data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable MDM solutions.
  • Troubleshoot integration and production issues while ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Prepare technical documentation, implementation guides, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on Reltio solutions.

Requirements

Senior Reltio Engineer with strong hands-on experience in both Reltio MDM and Reltio Integration Hub (RIH)., * 6+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Integration, or related technologies.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Reltio MDM.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH).
  • Expertise in data modeling, match/merge logic, survivorship rules, and Golden Record management.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and SQL.
  • Experience with batch, real-time, and event-driven integration patterns.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a collaborative Agile environment., * Reltio Certification.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
  • Experience with Kafka or Google Cloud Pub/Sub.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
  • Experience working in the Healthcare domain.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and version control tools such as Git.
