Senior Developer (22959)

Buchanan & Edwards is seeking a career and customer-oriented Senior Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems while leading and mentoring development teams when needed. This candidate must be proficient in programming languages, software architecture, design patterns, and development framework., * Possess knowledge of the full software development lifecycle, from analyzing requirements to deployment and maintenance.

• Troubleshoot and debug software issues, optimizing performance and ensuring software reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders, to translate project requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Participate in scrum activities (i.e., daily stand ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives) Program Increment (PI) planning events for effective sprint execution.
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders and support continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes by validating builds and releases.

• Able to occasionally work after hours and/or on call support.
• Possess effective communication skills, customer service, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate effectively.
• Experience with cloud platforms, version control systems, and software development technologies such as:
• .NET Framework
• C#
• ASP.NET Web Forms
• JavaScript
• T-SQL
• SQL Server
• Database Stored Procedures

Experience Requirements:

• BS Degree - preferably in Computer Science or other IT related field
• Security + Certification
• Secret Security Clearance

Desired Requirements:

• Knowledge of Jira, Q-Metry, Azure DevOps, Selenium, GitLab, CI/CD
