Systems Specialist II

Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting enterprise endpoint management, desktop engineering, software deployment testing, or operating system validation activities within Microsoft Windows environments. Experience with MECM, Intune, Group Policy, PowerShell scripting, application compatibility testing, and documenting test execution results is required. Experience validating deployments across multiple hardware platforms, authentication methods, and network configurations is preferred. Applicable certifications include CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent endpoint management and desktop support certifications.
