As a Senior UX Operations Manager, you will serve as a strategic consultative partner, establishing operational rigor and scaling enterprise design systems across core business portfolios. This high-visibility role bridges the gap between design, product, and engineering to transform complex customer experience delivery models.Hybrid (3 days a week Tues/Weds/Thurs) onsite in either Malvern, PA or Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities:Execute strategic UX discovery and delivery roadmaps across cross-functional portfolios to accelerate high-priority digital initiatives.Mitigate project delivery risks by developing integrated dependency maps, resource allocation models, and executive-level status reporting.Establish scalable operational frameworks, change management protocols, and enterprise tool adoption to optimize UX

team workflows.Drive cross-functional alignment among Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to integrate enterprise design systems and maximize business impact.
