Web Developer

We are seeking a Web Developer with strong Webflow experience to support website development, migration, and cleanup initiatives. The team currently has approximately 10 websites in the pipeline, with a mix of brand-new Webflow builds and existing sites requiring migration and updates. This role is ideal for someone who can comfortably manage multiple websites at different stages while maintaining consistency across the organization’s digital presence., * Build new websites from the ground up using Webflow.

• Migrate eligible websites from WordPress to Webflow.
• Update and clean up existing Webflow sites to align with established brand standards.
• Manage multiple website projects simultaneously across varying stages of development.
• Review incoming site projects, determine priorities, and manage work across an active project queue.
• Take ownership of website projects transitioning from an external agency to the internal team.
• Maintain consistency in design and branding across multiple websites.

• Strong hands-on Webflow development experience, including building websites from scratch.
• Experience working with WordPress.
• Experience migrating websites from WordPress to Webflow is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple websites and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working within a multi-site brand environment is a plus.
