Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Learning Management System Administrator for our partner, a mission-driven organization committed to supporting its employees and the communities it serves. This is a 3-4 month contract that is onsite around the Tampa, FL location., The Learning Management System Administrator will manage the organization’s learning platform and help deliver accessible, effective training experiences for employees across clinical and non-clinical teams. This position will oversee course publishing, learning paths, system reporting, troubleshooting, and training assignments while supporting regulatory and organizational requirements. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on LMS administration experience with strong communication, analytical, and project-coordination skills., * Administer the organization’s Learning Management System, including user groups, training assignments, learning paths, system data, and day-to-day platform functions.
- Publish and manage course content while researching, resolving, and appropriately escalating technical or user-related issues.
- Coordinate LMS initiatives across departments and translate learning needs into practical system configurations and processes.
- Develop reports that track training activity, measure effectiveness, and support compliance and audit requirements.
- Partner with facilitators, subject-matter experts, and department leaders to successfully deploy courseware and promote consistent LMS practices.
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams on system integrations, new technologies, and reliable solutions while providing LMS guidance and user training.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience administering or supporting a Learning Management System.
- Experience publishing courses, creating user groups, assigning training, managing learning paths, and supporting training programs through an LMS.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills, including the ability to use training data to support decisions, compliance requirements, and audits.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to employees, managers, facilitators, vendors, and other partners.
- Strong organizational and project-coordination skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
