PHP Senior Developer for EHR

• Develop and maintain high-performance web applications utilizing PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies such as React, Angular, and Bootstrap.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services to facilitate seamless integration with third-party systems and internal modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications using UML diagrams and application design best practices.
• Optimize application performance through effective database design with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Server; implement caching strategies; and perform debugging to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards in Visual Studio or Eclipse environments.
• Utilize version control tools like GitHub, SVN, or TFS for source code management; implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
• Apply Agile methodologies to deliver iterative improvements while maintaining flexibility for evolving project requirements.
• Maintain security best practices by implementing WCF services, SOAP protocols, OAuth standards, and data encryption techniques.
• Stay current with emerging technologies such as AWS cloud services, microservices architecture, Node.js, Python integrations, and serverless computing to enhance application scalability.

Do you have experience in Microservices?, * Proven experience as a PHP Developer with a strong portfolio of enterprise-level web applications.

• Extensive knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony; familiarity with ASP.NET is a plus.
• Proficiency in front-end development including React.js, Angular, JavaScript (TypeScript), HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, AJAX, and XSLT.
• Solid understanding of database design principles with hands-on experience in MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or Microsoft SQL Server; expertise in T-SQL or PL/SQL is advantageous.
• Strong grasp of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming), MVC architecture patterns, RESTful API development, SOAP web services, and XML/JSON data formats.
• Experience working within Agile environments using tools like TFS or Jira; familiarity with SDLC best practices is essential.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure; experience deploying microservices architectures preferred.
• Skilled in debugging complex issues across multiple layers of the technology stack; adept at troubleshooting performance bottlenecks.
• Familiarity with version control systems including GitHub or Git; experience with CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable.
