Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain healthcare SaaS application CCIQ Platform focused on Medicare care management programs, including Chronic Care Management (CCM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM), Principal Care Management (PCM), and related reimbursement workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building healthcare applications that support Medicare billing, CPT coding, time capture, patient eligibility, claims generation, EHR integrations, compliance, and provider workflow automation. This role will work closely with Product, Clinical Operations, Billing, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions. Primary Responsibilities

  1. Medicare Billing & Care Management Solutions
  2. Design and develop software solutions supporting:
  3. CCM (99490, 99439, 99491)
  4. RPM (99453, 99454, 99457, 99458)
  5. RTM (98975, 98976, 98977, 98980, 98981)
  6. PCM (99424-99427)
  7. Behavioral Health Integration (BHI)
  8. Transitional Care Management (TCM)
  9. Annual Wellness Visits (AWV)
  10. Implement CMS billing rules, reimbursement logic, eligibility validation, and audit controls.
  11. Develop time-tracking and documentation workflows to support compliant billing.
  12. Build claim generation and billing reconciliation capabilities.
  13. Collaborate with operations teams to improve billing accuracy and reduce revenue leakage.

Healthcare Platform Development

  1. Design scalable microservices and APIs supporting patient management, billing, and reporting workflows.
  2. Build patient risk stratification and population health management capabilities.
  3. Develop dashboards for care managers, providers, billing teams, and administrators.
  4. Implement workflow automation for enrollment, consent management, care plan generation, and patient outreach.

EHR & Healthcare Integrations

  1. Develop integrations with E

Security & Compliance

  1. Develop solutions compliant with:

  3. CMS requirements
  4. SOC 2 controls
  5. HITRUST frameworks
  6. Implement secure coding practices, audit logging, encryption, and access controls.
  7. Technical Leadership
  8. Mentor engineers and participate in architecture reviews.
  9. Drive engineering best practices, code quality, testing automation, and DevOps maturity.
  10. Participate in technical roadmap planning and platform modernization initiatives.
  11. Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to translate regulatory requirements into software capabilities.
  12. Strong & proven experience in Spec Based AI Driven SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) using tools like Claude Code, Augment Code, Cursor etc.

Requirements

  1. Healthcare Domain Experience
  2. 8+ years of software engineering experience.
  3. 4+ years building healthcare SaaS applications.
  4. Strong understanding of Medicare care management programs:

  9. TCM
  10. BHI
  11. Experience implementing CPT code-based billing workflows.
  12. Knowledge of CMS reimbursement policies and healthcare revenue cycle management.

Technical Skills - Strong experience with:

  • Experience building AI-enabled clinical workflow solutions.
  • Experience with Azure AI, OpenAI, or healthcare analytics platforms.
