Job description
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect to join our team in St. Louis, MO. This role requires a hands-on technical leader with over a decade of experience designing and implementing scalable enterprise integration solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in MuleSoft on-premise deployments or extensive integration architecture experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, acting as the core bridge between enterprise software, middleware, and business stakeholders., * Architecture & Strategy: Lead the architectural design, enterprise strategy, and continuous evolution of integration platforms connecting legacy systems, cloud platforms, and third-party services.
- MuleSoft On-Prem / Hybrid Infrastructure: Oversee setup, configuration, performance tuning, and lifecycle management for MuleSoft On-Premises / Anypoint Platform environments.
- Salesforce Integration: Design robust REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architectures, and data synchronization flows between Salesforce (CRM, Sales, Service, Health Cloud) and internal back-end systems.
- Technical Governance: Establish enterprise integration standards, API governance policies, security protocols (OAuth, SAML), and scalability guidelines across technical teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with enterprise leadership, application leads, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable system designs.
- Deployment & Monitoring: Guide dev-ops and engineering teams through CI/CD pipeline setups, automated deployments, and end-to-end telemetry/monitoring configurations for high-volume transactions.
Requirements
- Total Experience: 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Technical Architecture, or Enterprise Integration.
- Middleware Expertise: Deep hands-on and architectural proficiency with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (specifically including On-Premise runtime setups, Anypoint Studio, Mule Runtime Engines).
- Salesforce Architecture: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, enterprise connectors, and data models.
- Core Technologies: Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful / SOAP APIs, RAML/OAS, Microservices, and XML/JSON data transformations.
- Security & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with API security standards, TLS/SSL certificates, load balancers, and network configurations for on-premise enterprise environments.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding executive communication, technical presentation, and client-facing consulting skills.
