Job description

Join our Quality team in Portsmouth, NH to play a vital role in setting up, loading, and maintaining master data within our global Laboratory Information Management System (gLIMS) to support site Quality Control and manufacturing operations.

This is a site-based role during regular office hours. Working closely with local Quality Control, Manufacturing, and global IT teams supports the technical precision, data integrity, and compliance needed to manufacture medicines to the highest standards. What You Will Get

What You Will Do

  • Master Data Setup & Management: Build, configure, and input initially required master data into the global LIMS system, including consumables, sampling plans, specifications, parameter lists, test methods, and LES templates.
  • Data Integrity & Cleansing: Perform local data cleansing to ensure master data quality, accuracy, and adherence to global guidelines and data principles.
  • SOP & Work Instruction Authoring: Develop clear, concise local work instructions detailing how global LIMS processes are executed at the Portsmouth site level.
  • Quality Systems Compliance: Adhere to cGMP guidelines and maintain working knowledge of Quality System workflows, including deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and OTNs using TrackWise.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate closely with local Quality Control (QC), Manufacturing Operations, Validation, and the global gLIMS project team to establish local ongoing data management support.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in a science-related discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience: Entry Level (0?4 years) of experience in Quality Control (QC), enterprise systems, or validation within a cGMP regulated biotech/pharma environment.
  • LIMS Expertise: Hands-on proficiency using LIMS or similar laboratory data management systems, specifically with master data loading and setup processes.
  • QC & Validation Knowledge: Understanding of QC lab operations, sampling plans, parameter lists, and computer system/equipment validations.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quality tracking tools like TrackWise.
