This is more than just a development position; it’s an invitation to innovate, collaborate, and leave your mark on solutions that power essential operations. You will be instrumental in supporting and enhancing a dynamic web application, utilizing modern micro frontend architecture built with robust microservices and advanced cloud backend services. Your work will not only involve hands-on development but also close collaboration with diverse, cross-functional teams, ensuring a cohesive and impactful product delivery. If you’re passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications and thrive in an environment where your contributions directly translate into tangible business value, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with engineering and tech leads to analyze requirements, prepare design specifications, and implement features.
  • Integrate new functionalities and coordinate development efforts across various teams.
  • Write, test, and deploy code to deliver moderately complex functionality for key product areas.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing system performance and reliability.
  • Lead the resolution of medium to difficult technical challenges, applying your expertise to complex problems.
  • Drive the resolution of production issues, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in ReactJS and TypeScript, with experience building modular, reusable UI components within a micro frontend architecture.
  • Solid understanding of NodeJS for building RESTful APIs and backend services in a microservices environment.
  • Experience with code repositories like GitHub and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Github Actions.
  • Proven ability to securely consume and expose APIs across both frontend and backend systems.
  • Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications using AWS Cloud Services, including ECS Fargate, Dynamo, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, and Terraform.
  • Proficiency with PostgreSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks for unit and integration testing, such as RTL, JUnit, and Bruno.
  • Experience with automated testing tools like Playwright.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog or AWS CloudWatch.
  • Experience working within Agile methodologies, utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence for project management.
