Job description
- Further development of our core Azure cloud services using C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, and Aspire, leveraging modern cloud resources (Azure Container Apps, Functions, Service Bus, and various database systems)
- Helping to shape software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and technological direction
- Independent implementation of cloud projects and technical initiatives, from conception through go-live
- Collaboration with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/OpenTofu)
- Ensuring high quality standards through automated testing, code reviews, and best practices
- Monitoring, Optimization, and Troubleshooting of Production Cloud Services
- Implementation of Security and Data Protection Requirements in a Compliance-Critical Environment
- Support and Professional Mentoring for Software Engineers
- Close collaboration with product management and development teams to implement business requirements (using Scrum)

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software development using C#/.NET
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud architectures
- Experience with APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
- An understanding of secure software development and data protection, combined with high quality standards
- Experience with AI-powered development tools and modern engineering practices
- Very good English skills (at least B2); German is a plus
- An independent, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to work
- A team-oriented person who enjoys training new colleagues, sharing knowledge, and providing technical support to junior engineers
Benefits & conditions
Salary: €65,000 gross per year (depending on qualifications and experience; we are willing to pay significantly more)
