Job description

As a Brand Technical Sales, you will blend technology and business - delivering engaging presentation and demonstrations, working directly with clients, and helping drive real sales opportunities. You will build key skills fast, collaborate with colleagues from Sales, Marketing, and Business Partner teams, and play an active role in bringing IBM innovation to life.

  • Deliver impactful Technical Demonstrations: bring software products to life, through virtual presentations, clearly showing value and addressing client needs
  • Drive Sales Momentum: use digital channels and AI-powered tools to move sales opportunities forward and turn customer interest into results
  • Leverage Smart Technology: work with an AI-enabled stack to simplify the sales process, personalise the engagement and maximise impact
  • Collaborate across Teams: next to work in close collaboration with your assigned sellers, you will also partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Business Partners and Solution teams to win together - while immersing yourself in the Sales Centre’s energy - a culture that encourages you to grow, learn, and connect every day.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Recent graduate with up to 12 months of full time professional experience, currently living in Austria
  • Strong interest in technology sales and client engagement
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and learning mindset
  • Fluency in German & English

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Exposure to enterprise technology areas such as AI, cloud, data, or automation
  • Internship, academic, or project experience related to sales, technology, or business development
  • Interest in international work environments and willingness to relocate for the program assignment
