Job description

This role will lead the people side of complex, technology-enabled business transformations, with a strong focus on SAP and large-scale ERP implementations. You will shape change strategies that help organizations transition effectively to new processes, systems, and ways of working. The position combines stakeholder engagement, communications, organizational readiness, training, and adoption measurement. You will work across leadership teams, business stakeholders, project teams, and consulting partners to build alignment and momentum. A key focus will be helping manufacturing organizations navigate transformation while minimizing disruption and maximizing adoption. You will have significant ownership over OCM planning, execution, governance, and continuous monitoring throughout major initiatives. This is an opportunity for an experienced change leader to make a measurable impact across complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs. Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Organizational Change Management strategies aligned with transformation objectives, project timelines, and business outcomes.
  • Conduct stakeholder impact assessments, organizational readiness evaluations, and change impact analyses to identify affected groups, risks, and adoption requirements.
  • Establish and manage change networks, champion programs, and stakeholder engagement structures that support sustained adoption.
  • Design and execute communication strategies, including executive toolkits, targeted messaging, leadership communications, and employee engagement materials.
  • Facilitate leadership alignment sessions, stakeholder workshops, and engagement activities across different organizational levels.
  • Define appropriate OCM governance frameworks, roles, processes, and decision-making structures for large-scale transformation programs.
  • Create or contribute to comprehensive training strategies that prepare employees for new systems, processes, and operating models.
  • Manage key change deliverables, including readiness assessments, management toolkits, communication materials, training plans, and adoption metrics.
  • Monitor change-related risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans throughout implementation.
  • Track adoption and organizational readiness metrics, using insights to adjust change strategies and improve transformation outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with client teams, consulting partners, complementary service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated delivery., * Contract opportunity supporting a large-scale technology and business transformation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading Organizational Change Management initiatives for large-scale ERP or technology-enabled business transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP platforms, with SAP S/4HANA experience strongly preferred, and an understanding of the related business processes and transformation impacts.
  • Demonstrated experience developing change communication strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, readiness assessments, and adoption measurement frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational design, transition planning, and change impact analysis.
  • Experience working within or supporting manufacturing organizations is required.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, communication, and collaboration skills across executive, management, and operational levels.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across client organizations, consulting teams, technology teams, and external partners.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple change workstreams, deliverables, risks, and stakeholders within complex transformation environments.
  • Experience participating in at least five major business change initiatives involving SAP or comparable ERP platforms is preferred.
  • Experience leading more than four large-scale business change initiatives is preferred.
  • Experience leading or playing a significant role in more than three large-scale technology-enabled change initiatives is preferred.
  • Experience designing and executing OCM strategies for global organizations is advantageous.
