  • Du unterstützt unsere Kunden am Telefon, vor Ort oder per Fernwartung
  • Du analysierst und behebst Probleme und Fehler im Bereich Client, Server, Cloud und Mobile Devices
  • Du betreust unsere Kunden bei Fragen zu Microsoft Betriebssystemen und Anwendungen

Requirements

  • Hohe Motivation, großes Interesse an Hard- und Software sowie Neuheiten auf diesem Gebiet
  • Freude im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Mindestens sehr guter Realschulabschluss, idealerweise Abitur, Fachabitur oder eine ITA-Ausbildung
  • Volljährigkeit sowie PKW-Führerschein
