Job description
We are seeking an experienced Principal Systems Engineer to lead the overall product system architecture for next-generation Qualcomm solutions. In this role, you will work closely with customers around the world to understand their use cases and translate them into technically robust and commercially optimized system architectures. You will help shape end-to-end system solutions, generate new ideas that support business growth, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to continuously improve Qualcomm products and expand their impact across global markets.
Requirements

Master’s Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
-
5+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
-
5+ years of experience in connectivity technology such: BT/WiFi, GNSS, AM/FM/Digital Radio, 4G/5G, UWB, V2X
-
4+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
-
4+ years of supervisory experience.
-
3+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with executive leadership (e.g., Sr. Director level and above).

5+ years of experience in system design of automotive system as Cockpit, ADAS, HPC
-
5+ years of experience by directly working with multiregional OEMs and multiple suppliers
-
5+ years of experience by designing safety critical and secure systems
-
Excellent knowledge of picture (camera, display), audio, and general signal processing, including network technology like Ethernet and CAN

Interdisciplinary knowledge of hardware, systems, and software, * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 8+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience., Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 7+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience. OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience. *References to a particular number of years experience are for indicative purposes only.
