- 401(k) matching, NHC Components - Chillicothe, OH Full-time, On-site $26 - $36 / hour (depending on experience) - standard 45-hour week with built-in overtime, approximately $64,000 - $89,000 annualized
Build our IT function from the ground up
NHC Components is a growing truss and column manufacturer with a 45-person team across production, logistics, finance, sales, and design. Weâve reached the size where IT can no longer be a side responsibility - it needs an owner. Thatâs where you come in.
This is our first dedicated IT hire. You wonât be slotting into an existing team or inheriting someone elseâs playbook - youâll be the person who builds the systems, sets the standards, and makes the technology actually work for the business. If you want real ownership and the chance to shape a function from day one, this is that opportunity.
What youâll own, Why NHC
- Real ownership. You set the direction for IT. No layers, no politics.
- Stable, growing business. We make a product people need, and weâre growing.
- Operator-led company. We use EOS to run the business, which means clear priorities, real accountability, and no surprises.
- Competitive pay at $26-$36/hr based on experience (45-hour standard week, approx. $64k-$89k/year with overtime), plus benefits.
- Room to grow. As we scale, this role can grow into an IT Manager position with a team underneath you., * 401(k) matching
