Job description
As an eCommerce Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Create, upload and maintain product listings across multiple eCommerce platforms
- Update pricing, stock levels, descriptions and product imagery
- Monitor listings regularly to identify missing, incorrect or outdated information
- Coordinate new product launches to ensure listings go live on schedule
- Manage product categorisation, SKUs and wider catalogue data

Requirements
- A university degree with some general administration experience
- Confident use of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills, comfortable handling large volumes of data
- Experience in an eCommerce or online retail environment is desirable but not essential
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or eBay is a bonus
