IT Program Manager

Designs, implements, and maintains strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy. Applies leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions. Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentors or supervises employees in both company and technical competencies.

• 11+ years of experience leading software development or product teams
• Knowledge of agile development and project management principles
• Ability to map technical requirements to business needs, integrate requirements into agile sprints, and communicate across stakeholders
• Ability to brief stakeholders both at tactical and strategic levels
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience leading technical projects and programs, including staffing and resource alignment
• Knowledge of industry best practices regarding software development and product deployment cycles
• Ability to engage and communicate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic directives
• Master’s degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
