Requirements

  • Experience in modernization of legacy applications (new software development)\n
  • Strong communication, design, and documentation skills\n
  • Comfort and familiarity in maintaining legacy applications\n
  • Strong time and workflow management skills\n
  • Comfort and familiarity designing and utilizing custom ETL methodology\n
  • Knowledge/experience with the development of Cloudformation scripts to generate network and application\n
  • infrastructure in a repeatable fashion\n
  • Ability to write custom scripts to install and configure code in EC2 instances\n
  • Comfort and familiarity in unit testing, peer code review, and automated testing techniques like Selenium (create, edit, maintain, execute)\n
  • Experience with Python.\n
  • Develop Java and Python applications that leverage Neo4j and Elasticsearch\n
  • Ability to Implement NodeJS PM2 for application monitoring and resiliency\n
  • Utilized SAFe agile techniques to manage workload\n
  • Leverage Amazon Web Services\n
  • Experience creating RESTful API\n
  • Willingness to mentor and teach junior developers’ community best practices in a constructive fashion\n
  • Work within the parameters of Agile & Scrum methodologies\n
  • Ability to methodically think through new and exciting challenges in a collaborative team environment in order to provide technically sound solutions\n, * Active TS/SCI with Polygraph\n
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience. Additional experience in lieu of degree.\n
  • Must have experience with Java, Springboot, Python and the Cloud / Amazon Web Services\n
  • Prior experience reading and developing solutions to customer requirements\n
  • Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, or Rundeck\n
  • Experiencing working in Command Line (RH Linux)\n
