Teams across Amazon worldwide consume our datasets and systems to improve: product information, search and discoverability, pricing, and delivery experience. Our work involves building LLM based systems to mine the web and automatically create structured entities from un-structure/semi-structured data. We constantly stretch the boundaries of large-scale distributed systems, Elastic Computing and Big Data to tackle challenges at Amazon’s global scale. Come join us in our journey to make everything - and yes, we do mean everything - that anyone wants to buy, available on Amazon! We are looking for a Software Development Engineer (SDE) to tackle difficult problems in the areas of distributed systems, efficient large-scale data processing, data dependency and flow control systems, flexible and serverless compute with impact across Amazon. This is a tremendous opportunity for SDEs who want to build reliable and scalable solutions to enhance selection for our customers., Partner with Principal Engineers, Sr.SDEs, and Product and Applied Scientists to define build systems for Selection Monitoring’s mission-critical systems driving the brand and product experience on Amazon. Deliver and own scalable, fault-tolerant, and highly available services that underpin our large-scale data processing solutions. Develop solutions to efficiently deploy and orchestrate hundreds of application flows across a hybrid set of compute environments. Build solutions using LLMs and ML models. Drive operational excellence initiative and continuously improve quality bar for software delivered by the team.
