Advanced Data Analytics

Summary: We are partnering with a large healthcare organization in hiring an analytics professional who loves digging into data, uncovering insights, and helping drive business strategy.

This role sits between traditional analytics and data science. You’ll work with large datasets, leverage outputs from predictive models, perform hypothesis-driven analysis, and help explain what’s happening in the business and why.

What You’ll Do:

Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python

Conduct root cause and exploratory data analysis (EDA)

Leverage predictive model outputs, segmentation, and risk scoring to uncover insights

Partner directly with strategy and business leaders

Translate findings into clear recommendations and next steps

Measure business impact and ROI of initiatives

2+ years of analytics, data analytics, decision science, or related experience in a healthcare industry

Strong SQL and Python skills

Experience working with large, complex datasets

Strong problem-solving and storytelling abilities

Ability to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders

Experience with healthcare analytics, BigQuery, Tableau, Power BI, or predictive analytics is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as data science, statistics, mathematics, economics, operations research, computer science, healthcare analytics, or a related field
