Job description
- Work with the head of operations and security to realize 25% automation of existing Operations and Security tasks.
- Review the current workload tasks for done by the Operations Engineering and Infrastructure team.
- Task range from application deployments (CIDC pipelines and manual), application and infrastructure monitoring, security audits (internal and customer facing), environmental maintenance (patching, service upgrades, cost savings changes), billing and budget monitoring, project estimates, and more.
- Determine which tasks will realize the most workload savings in the shortest amount of time.
- Work with the team to determine the best AI toolset to automate Operations and Infrastructure task.Work to secure Capgemini and Customer security approvals for AI toolsets.
- Work to complete schedule for AI initiatives.
- Develop AI automations of tasks .
- Communication with all stakeholders to find consensus and deliver AI automations
Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated AI Operations & Infrastructure Engineer to drive the adoption of AI-powered automation across Operations, Infrastructure, and Security functions. This role will work closely with the Head of Operations and Security to identify, prioritize, and implement AI initiatives aimed at achieving at least 25% automation of operational and security workloads.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading AI initiatives, managing projects, collaborating with infrastructure and operations teams, and implementing automation solutions that enhance efficiency, security, and cost optimization., * At least 2-3 years’ experience working on AI initiatives
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in project management
- Experience working with technical operations and infrastructure teams.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, model development lifecycles, and generative AI technologies.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
- AI and project management certifications are a plus

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $ 61087 to $104364
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
