Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to define and guide end-to-end architecture across data products, analytics, artificial intelligence, and enterprise integration solutions. This individual will translate business capabilities into scalable, secure, and reusable architecture patterns within a Microsoft Azure data environment.

The Solutions Architect will partner with business leaders, product teams, engineers, security, governance, and vendors to establish technical direction and guide solutions from initial design through implementation. The ideal candidate combines strong Azure data architecture expertise with the communication and leadership skills needed to drive alignment across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Defines end-to-end architecture for data products, analytics, AI, and integration solutions
• Translates business capabilities and requirements into scalable, reusable architecture patterns
• Designs solutions that align with enterprise data, governance, security, cloud, and technology standards
• Leads architecture reviews and provides technical guidance throughout implementation
• Designs integration patterns connecting source systems, data platforms, APIs, event streams, and consumption layers
• Enables domain-driven data products, reusable datasets, semantic layers, and AI-ready data architectures
• Establishes architecture patterns supporting batch, real-time, API-driven, and event-driven integration
• Guides the design of modern Azure data platforms, including lakehouse, data warehouse, and analytics capabilities
• Supports AI and machine-learning use cases by ensuring data is governed, accessible, secure, and suitable for model consumption
• Identifies architectural risks, dependencies, technical debt, and modernization opportunities
• Evaluates technology options and documents architecture decisions, standards, and roadmaps
• Collaborates with business, product, engineering, security, governance, and vendor teams to drive successful outcomes
• Mentors engineering teams and ensures implemented solutions remain aligned with the approved architecture

• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale data, analytics, AI, and integration solutions
• Strong architecture experience within Microsoft Azure data environments
• Experience with Azure data technologies such as Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data Lake Storage
• Understanding of modern data architecture patterns, including lakehouse, data warehouse, dimensional modeling, data products, and data mesh concepts
• Experience designing API-based, event-driven, batch, and real-time integration solutions
• Familiarity with Azure integration services such as API Management, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Event Hubs
• Experience designing semantic models and analytics consumption layers using tools such as Power BI
• Understanding of data governance, lineage, metadata management, data quality, privacy, and security
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and Azure security capabilities
• Understanding of AI-ready architecture and Azure AI technologies, including Azure Machine Learning and Azure OpenAI
• Ability to translate business needs into practical architecture decisions and implementation roadmaps
• Experience leading architecture reviews and guiding engineering teams through solution delivery
• Strong communication, documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills, * Experience with domain-driven design and product-oriented data delivery
• Experience modernizing legacy data platforms and integrations within Azure
• Knowledge of DevOps, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and automated deployment practices
• Familiarity with master data management, data catalogs, and enterprise data governance frameworks
• Microsoft Azure architecture or data certifications
• Experience working across complex enterprise environments with internal teams, vendors, and multiple business domains
