Requirements
- Bachelor or Masterâs Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.\n
- Minimum cumulative GPA 3.00 for all degrees earned.\n
- 5+ years of experience post academics.\n
- You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position.\n
- Solid foundation in Computer Science Fundamentals including Object Oriented Principles and Design Patterns\n

- Work with senior engineers to review solutions.\n

Resolve technical issues, reported bugs and field issues in a timely manner.\n, * Demonstrable experience in one or more the following areas: \n \n
- Embedded systems using C/C++, RTOS or Bar Metal Programming \n
- Networking such as IEEE 802.15.11, Bluetooth or IEEE 802.15.4 \n
- Technologies such as IOT Tech, Databases or Cryptography \n \n
\n The ideal candidate would have: \n \n \n \n
- Experience developing software for connected devices, IoT platforms, or smart home systems \n
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across engineering disciplines and product management \n
- Demonstrated success leading software teams or projects \n
- A passion for coaching and mentoring junior engineers \n
- Proven troubleshooting skills across system boundaries, including diagnosing issues reported from field or customer environments. \n
