Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Cyber Intelligence Analyst to monitor, assess, brief, and support critical cyber operations across the Department of War (DoW). The successful candidate will collect, analyze, and report cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, risks, and incidents while providing senior leaders with timely, actionable intelligence to support mission execution, informed decision-making, and the organization’s overall cybersecurity posture. Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and support critical cyber operations across DoW.
  • Collect, analyze, and report cybersecurity threat, vulnerability, and incident information to support operational awareness and decision-making.
  • Compile, document, and maintain records of cybersecurity incidents, vulnerabilities, and associated risk assessments.
  • Provide timely visibility into emerging security risks, incidents, and vulnerabilities.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings, assessments, and situational updates to senior leaders and decision-makers.
  • Translate complex cybersecurity information into clear, concise, and actionable insights.
  • Support cyber operations through the analysis and dissemination of operational intelligence related to threats, vulnerabilities, risks, and incidents.
  • Assess cybersecurity risks and operational impacts and provide recommendations to improve the organization’s overall security posture. *This position is designed to be flexible, with responsibilities evolving to meet business needs and enable individual growth.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related field and 12 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related field and 14 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, risks, and incidents.
  • Proven ability to compile, document, and maintain records supporting cybersecurity operations and decision-making.
  • Experience providing timely and comprehensive reporting on cybersecurity risks and incidents to senior leadership.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and actionable manner to technical and non-technical audiences at an executive level.
  • Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking, and leadership skills., 1. Associate degree required, Baccalaureate degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or closely related field; with experience teaching preschool age children
  1. Evidence of continuing commitment to personal growth thorough knowledge of: +
  • Theory and practice in early childhood education

o Theory and practice in family focused intervention strategies

  1. Experience in: +
  • Implementing evidence-based curriculum

o Classroom experience with preschool children o Family focused intervention strategies o Supervising paraprofessional staff and/or volunteers providing health information and referral

  1. Excellent communication skills
  2. Knowledge of management practices and supervision experience possibly from a variety of sources
  3. Enthusiasm for the program
  4. An awareness that individuals can choose to effect change
  5. Ability to communicate information effectively to Early Learning Partners, Assistant Teachers and Classroom Assistants
  6. Complete criminal record check from Department of Health & Welfare’s Criminal History Unit prior to consideration for hire ADDITIONAL: · Advanced degree in Early Childhood Education or closely related field · Thorough knowledge of HighScope curriculum and Head Start/Early Head Start Performance Standards · Familiarity with NAEYC accreditation requirements · Demonstrated active role in public organizational development · Child Development Associate credential (CDA) · Fluency in Sign Language, Spanish, or other language
