Job description
Insight Global is seeking a CLM Data Analyst to join a large non-profit healthcare organization, to support the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Center of Excellence through data monitoring, compliance reporting, repository management, and operational analytics. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring contract data is complete, accurate, actionable, and aligned with established governance standards.
The CLM Data Analyst will monitor contract lifecycle activities, compliance metrics, renewal timelines, system alerts, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to help ensure enterprise contract processes are operating effectively. This role serves as a key partner to CLM leadership, supporting data-driven decision making by providing visibility into contract performance, compliance risks, renewal obligations, rebates, and operational trends.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Repository Management

Monitor the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of contract records within the CLM platform.

Identify and resolve missing, incomplete, or inconsistent contract data.

Support contract migration and repository maintenance initiatives.

Ensure contract documentation and metadata comply with established governance standards.
Compliance & SLA Monitoring

Monitor contract workflows to ensure compliance with established service-level agreements and organizational standards.

Track contract milestones, approvals, expirations, and renewals.

Escalate compliance risks, overdue actions, and workflow bottlenecks to appropriate stakeholders.

Support compliance reporting and audit readiness activities.
Reporting & Analytics

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and operational metrics for CLM leadership.

Provide visibility into contract activity, renewal schedules, compliance trends, and stakeholder performance.

Analyze contract-related data to identify risks, improvement opportunities, and operational efficiencies.

Support rebate tracking and reporting initiatives by providing timely and accurate contract data.
Stakeholder Support & Process Improvement

Monitor system-generated alerts and renewal notifications to ensure timely action by stakeholders.

Partner with CLM Governance Specialists and business stakeholders to improve data quality and process effectiveness.

Identify trends and recommendations that support process optimization and operational excellence.

Participate in user training and adoption initiatives related to CLM reporting and operational processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

2-3 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, contract operations, compliance reporting, or a related field.

Experience working with enterprise business systems and reporting tools.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams. - Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.

Experience with Workday Strategic Sourcing or Workday Contract Lifecycle Management.

Experience creating dashboards, reports, and operational metrics.
-
Healthcare industry experience.
