Job description
One of our clients are seeking a Senior SAP PM / S/4HANA Consultant to support their transformation towards a modern, digital maintenance organization. In this role, you will analyze current business processes, define future requirements, and ensure that maintenance, inventory management, spare parts, procurement, master data, and asset structures are effectively supported in SAP S/4HANA. You will act as the key link between business stakeholders, IT, and project teams, ensuring that future solutions are aligned with operational needs and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities Analyze current maintenance and asset management processes. Perform GAP analyses between the existing SAP environment and future SAP S/4HANA solutions. Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
Design and optimize processes across:
- Maintenance Operations
- Preventive Maintenance
- Spare Parts Management
- Warehouse Operations
- Material Management
- Procurement Processes
- Service Contract Management
Review and improve:
- Equipment Structures
- Functional Locations
- Bills of Material (BOMs)
- Material Master Data
- Maintenance Plans
- Spare Parts Structures
Support data cleansing, migration, testing, and user acceptance activities. Drive process harmonization and standardization. Support organizational change and user adoption. Provide recommendations for future governance, processes, and system architecture.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of SAP PM / EAM experience.
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and asset management processes.
- Experience with SAP MM and procurement integration.
- Experience in master data and BOM management.
- Experience working in manufacturing, heavy industry, energy, or process industries.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
