Job description

  • Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that product features deliver maximum value
  • Define the product vision, manage the backlog, and prioritize work to align with company strategy
  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
  • Work closely with development teams to clarify user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Monitor product performance and adjust priorities based on outcome

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Proficiency with backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
