Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Or equivalent business experience\n
  • 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role.\n
  • 3+ years of SAP experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environment.\n
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.\n
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.\n

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced \nSystems Analyst to support and enhance our enterprise business systems, with a primary focus on SAP. This role serves as a critical link between business operations and technology, helping drive system improvements, process optimization, and successful technology initiatives across the organization.\n \n The ideal candidate will have experience supporting SAP ECC environments, analyzing business processes, and delivering technology solutions that improve efficiency and performance. Experience participating in \nSAP migration projects, upgrades, or SAP S/4HANA implementations is highly preferred.\n \n \nWhat You’ll Do\n \n \nBusiness Systems Analysis\n \n \n

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and identify system solutions.\n
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.\n
  • Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.\n
  • Support cross-functional projects and technology initiatives.\n

\n \nSAP Support and Optimization\n \n \n

  • Provide day-to-day support for SAP users and business processes.\n
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions.\n
  • Assist with SAP configuration, testing, reporting, and enhancements.\n
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.\n
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and process flows.\n

\n \nProject and Migration Support\n \n \n

  • Participate in SAP implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.\n
  • Support data migration, validation, and testing activities.\n
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and training efforts.\n
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and consultants to achieve project objectives.\n
  • Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement efforts.\n

  • Develop training materials and user documentation.\n
  • Conduct system training for end users.\n
  • Provide ongoing technical assistance and support.\n
