Job description

As a Delivery Consultant within the Expert Labs Infrastructure Vitality Program, you will work towards gaining early to mid-career Delivery Consultant skill levels required to meet Expert Labs Infrastructure growth expectations. This role supports the development of skills across Power, Storage, Z, and Cloud platforms, with potential progression into Expert Labs Infrastructure platform specialty roles.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Support Skill Development: Perform tasks and activities that contribute to the growth of early to mid-career Delivery Consultant skill levels, aligning with Expert Labs Infrastructure expectations.

  • Platform Familiarization: Deliver support across Power, Storage, Z, and Cloud platforms, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge of each technology area.

  • Career Progression: Implement skills and knowledge gained to progress towards Expert Labs Infrastructure platform specialty roles, meeting business growth expectations.

Requirements

Required technical and professional expertise

  • Exposure to Delivery Consulting: Familiarity with delivery consulting principles and practices, with an understanding of how they apply to infrastructure growth expectations.

  • Hands-on Experience with Platforms: Exposure to Power, Storage, Z, and Cloud platforms, with basic knowledge of their technologies and applications.

  • Understanding of Skill Development: Experience working with skill development frameworks, contributing to the growth of early to mid-career skill levels.

  • Familiarity with Infrastructure Expectations: Basic understanding of Expert Labs Infrastructure growth expectations and how they relate to delivery consulting skills.

  • Implementation of Technical Knowledge: Ability to apply technical knowledge and skills gained to support platform specialty roles.

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Platform Specialty Knowledge: Exposure to Power, Storage, Z, and Cloud platform specialties, with an understanding of how they align with Expert Labs Infrastructure growth expectations.

  • Advanced Delivery Consulting: Familiarity with advanced delivery consulting principles and practices, including their application to infrastructure growth expectations and platform specialty roles.

  • Technical Skill Enhancement: Experience working with technical skill development frameworks, contributing to the growth of early to mid-career skill levels in areas such as Power, Storage, Z, and Cloud platforms.
