Job description

They are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help design and scale the core systems behind an AI-driven automation platform. You’ll join a small, high-impact engineering team working on event-driven microservices that underpin enterprise-grade AI products., * You’ll design, build, and operate the backend systems behind our agentic automation platform

Design and optimise event-driven systems with Apache Kafka
Contribute to a microservices environment
Collaborate closely with AI teams to integrate LLMs and reasoning engines
Work with GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines and observability tools

Requirements

Proficiency in Go or Python
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures
Solid understanding of SQL & NoSQL databases
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering workflows
