We are busy innovating and automating our infrastructure with automation and self-service as well as being the internal IAAS/PAAS provider. We are implementing and maintaining multiple datacenter security initiatives to harden the security of network and server areas.What will you be doing? As a Windows engineer you are focused on continuously improving all aspects of our IT environment by using your analytical and technical skills. Together with the team you are responsible for developing

implementing and maintaining the Exact IT infrastructure. You do this by maximizing the uptime and performance of our infrastructure services delivered to our internal clients across the globe. Furthermore, in this role you will:Managing and optimizing Windows Server environmentsWorking with Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP and Group PoliciesMonitoring, troubleshooting, and improving system performance and uptimeAutomating repetitive tasks using tools like PowerShellWorking with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware)Collaborating with internal teams and external vendorsCreating and maintaining documentation and proceduresThis = what you bringA match is made when you are that candidate with a bachelor degree in Information Technology and at least 5-8 years of relevant experience within an international environment. To ensure we have an awesome match, you:5+ years of experience as a Windows / Infrastructure EngineerStrong knowledge of:Windows ServerActive Directory (AD DS), Group PolicyDNS and DHCPExperience with PowerShell scripting (or similar)Experience withIACtools; Terraform and/or AnsibleExperience working in complex IT environmentsWorking with Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and compliance, alongside Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, SIEM/SOAR tools, MFA, Conditional Access, and security baselines.Networking knowledge (firewalls, VPN, load balancing)Strong analytical and troubleshooting skillsStrong communication skills (English required)Nice to have:Experience with Azure or other cloud platformsExperience withVMware (or similar virtualization platforms)Basic knowledge of IT security (MFA, hardening, monitoring)Experience with container technologies (Docker / Kubernetes)Experience with Intune or modern workplace solutionsThis = what you getAt Exact, we value the balance between work and relaxation.
