The Opportunity at Komodo Health

The Engineering and Product Operations team is the execution engine for Komodo’s Technology and Product organization. We drive cross-functional execution across Product and Engineering, manage a high volume of beta programs across the product portfolio, and own the analytics foundation that scales as Komodo’s product footprint grows.

This Senior Product TPM sits at the center of product and engineering execution, owning programs that span multiple teams and directly shape how and when customers experience new capabilities. You will partner closely with Engineering Leads, Product Managers, and external partners to drive delivery at scale. Your impact will be felt across every product milestone Komodo ships.

• Own program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics spanning multiple engineering teams and product surfaces.
• Lead beta programs end-to-end: partner onboarding, feedback loops, staged rollout coordination, and go/no-go decisions.

The starting annual base pay for this role is listed below.
