Senior Data Analyst

The Senior Data Analyst plays a critical role in the application migration team by leveraging data to drive informed decision-making throughout the migration process. This position is responsible for compiling and analyzing complex datasets, maintaining comprehensive reports, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders. The Senior Data Analyst works within Agile frameworks to support the team’s data-driven approach to application assessment, migration planning, and post-migration evaluation., Collect and consolidate data from various sources related to application performance, usage, and migration progress Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all datasets Conduct in-depth analysis of application data to identify patterns, trends, and potential issues Perform statistical analysis to support decision-making in the migration process Design and create comprehensive reports on various aspects of the migration project Develop dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate complex data insights Maintain and update regular reports on migration progress, performance metrics, and KPIs Create compelling visual representations of data findings using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar Present data-driven insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders Develop and deliver presentations on migration analytics to various levels of the organization Conduct pre- and post-migration comparisons to evaluate the success of migration efforts Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making at all levels of the project Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the migration project Develop metrics to measure the success and efficiency of the migration process Create and maintain scorecards to track progress against project goals Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) Collaborate with Product Owners to define and refine data-related user stories

Bachelors degree Years of Experience: 5-8

Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
