Job description
- Lead SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Saviynt implementations including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, optimization, and application onboarding
- Design identity governance solutions including identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, role models, workflows, policies, and integrations
- Lead technical delivery by troubleshooting complex issues, guiding onboarding activities, and driving successful implementation outcomes
- Collaborate with application owners, security teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership to gather requirements and support delivery
- Develop technical documentation, governance standards, solution designs, operational procedures, and identity governance leading practices
- Support AI-enabled identity governance capabilities including intelligent access analysis, lifecycle automation, governance insights, and emerging identity security technologies
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment
Requirements
- Minimum five years of recent hands-on Identity Governance and Administration experience, including two years with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), Saviynt Identity Cloud, or comparable enterprise IGA platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, information systems from an accredited college/university preferred; or minimum of a high school diploma or GED required plus seven years of SailPoint, Saviynt, or related identity security experience
- Experience implementing SailPoint ISC and/or Saviynt solutions including application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, role engineering, workflows, policies, and legacy IAM migrations
- Strong understanding of identity governance, access controls, segregation of duties, regulatory compliance requirements, and cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Experience leading technical workstreams, mentoring team members, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting identity governance transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics, workflow automation, agentic security concepts, and emerging identity security technologies
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and deliver high-quality client solutions
- Ability to travel as required
