• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.\n
• 8+ years of experience in backend or software engineering roles.\n
• Strong Python development skills, including experience with REST APIs.\n
• Experience with SQL databases; knowledge of NoSQL and vector databases is beneficial.\n
• Experience with Azure or comparable cloud platforms, including Docker and Kubernetes.\n
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing, and agile development practices.\n
• Experience with modern data platforms, preferably Databricks, and building AI applications using LLMs, agents, RAG, and workflow orchestration frameworks.\n
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience in large, complex enterprise environments; fluent in English.\n

• Lead the design and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, databases and cloud-native applications. \n
• Define and drive the integration strategy across tools and data platforms to create centralized and scalable solution frameworks that enable business growth and operational efficiency.\n
• Enable seamless data exchange and interoperability across functions and operating companies. \n
• Lead the adoption and advancement of AI-driven automation, analytics and reporting solutions.\n
• Strengthen data governance and maintain trusted single sources of truth. \n
• Scale and improve existing tools to increase resilience, reduce risk and maximize business value. \n
• Collaborate with Product Owners, engineers and subject matter experts to deliver high-impact solutions. \n
• Drive engineering excellence and best practices across design, testing, documentation and software delivery.\n
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and coaching across engineering teams, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.\n
