Job description

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP Technical Administrator to install, configure, manage, and optimize enterprise SAP landscapes across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Basis, S/4HANA, HANA Database Administration, system upgrades, migrations, and high availability., * Install, configure, and administer SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, Solution Manager, and NetWeaver systems.

Manage SAP HANA databases, system copies, refreshes, upgrades, and migrations.
Implement SAP cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and HA/DR solutions.
Administer SAP transport management, performance tuning, monitoring, and security patches.
Develop automation using Ansible, PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
Troubleshoot production issues, maintain documentation, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of SAP Basis/Platform Administration experience.
Strong experience with SAP HANA, S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, and Solution Manager.
Experience with SAP upgrades, cloud migrations, HA/DR, and transport management.
Strong scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Ansible).
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP Basis, HANA, or S/4HANA certifications.
Experience with SAP RISE/Grow, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP BTP, and Infrastructure as Code.
Experience supporting regulated environments (SOX, GxP, PCI).
