Job description

Prosegur Global Risk Services (GRS) operates a dedicated Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) in support of Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE). The Risk Intelligence Analyst role is responsible for continuous monitoring, analysis, and response to global physical security risks that may impact SIE personnel, travelers, facilities, assets, events, and business operations.

This position integrates risk intelligence analysis, incident detection, emergency response coordination, and GSOC customer service functions within a mission-critical environment. Analysts work collaboratively with GSOC Leads, Prosegur management, and SIE security stakeholders to ensure timely threat identification, accurate reporting, and effective escalation of security incidents worldwide.

Schedule:

  • 12-hour rotating night shifts: 1800-0600
  • 24x7x365 operational environment
  • Firefighter-style Team A/Team B rotation with multiple consecutive days off between cycles
  • Full-time salaried (exempt) position

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Intelligence & Threat Monitoring

  • Monitor global risk events using platforms such as Factal, Everbridge/VCC, ISOS, and other intelligence tools
  • Conduct OSINT research across news, social media, and public sources
  • Assess threats for credibility, severity, proximity, and operational impact
  • Identify and escalate life-safety incidents in accordance with SOPs

Incident Detection & Emergency Response

  • Monitor alarms, access control, and video systems (CCURE, Exacq, or similar)
  • Triage emergency calls, alerts, emails, and GSOC requests
  • Support Threat-to-Life (TTL) incidents, badge access requests, and employee assistance needs
  • Coordinate incident escalation and response with GSOC leadership, field security teams, and emergency services

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, intelligence alerts, and situation updates
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with Prosegur and SIE standards
  • Track incidents, BOLOs, and requests within case management systems
  • Maintain detailed shift activity records

Requirements

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Experience in a GSOC, intelligence analysis, security operations, or risk monitoring environment

  • Knowledge of global threat trends including crime, protests, natural disasters, geopolitical instability, and targeted violence
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Ability to multitask and operate effectively under pressure, * Experience supporting a global corporate, technology, or media organization
  • Familiarity with Factal, Everbridge, Ontic, ISOS, CCURE, Exacq, or similar platforms
  • Experience producing intelligence reports and conducting advanced OSINT research
  • Knowledge of activism, insider threats, hostile surveillance, terrorism, and geopolitical risk trends
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Multilingual skills preferred
