Warehouse Business Process Owner - SAP Center of Expertise

In this highly visible role, you will support Hitachi Energy’s global transformation journey as we harmonize business processes and accelerate digitalization through SAP S/4HANA.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across regions, manufacturing sites, and service organizations to drive the adoption and optimization of SAP warehouse management solutions. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Drive the adoption and optimization of SAP warehouse management solutions across global business units.
• Partner with regional SAP Business Process Owners to harmonize and improve warehouse management processes.
• Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.
• Investigate user challenges and support effective resolution of process and system issues.
• Develop and deliver engaging training materials that increase user adoption and knowledge.
• Enable and coach key users to become local SAP champions within their organizations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working with SAP warehouse management solutions, including Inventory Management (IM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), or related modules.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA; SAP certifications are considered an advantage.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or service-based environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
