Job description
As Senior Talent Systems Analyst you will play a key role in maximizing the value of enterprise systems by evaluating business needs, analyzing data and improving how technology supports operational workflows. The role partners closely with business and technology teams to translate requirements into system enhancements, reporting solutions, and actionable insights. The analyst ensures data accuracy, drives process optimization, and supports initiatives that strengthen system reliability and user experience. As a senior contributor, the role provides subjectmatter expertise and guidance to enable scalable, consistent, and efficient business operations.
You will report to the Director, TA Operational Excellence.
This position can be based in Lake Forest or Chicago and is onsite 2 days a week. It can also be remote based for out of state candidates.
You Will
- Lead requirements discovery by engaging stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure system solutions directly support operational and strategic goals
- Analyze system data and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements that enhance accuracy, consistency and user experience
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications to guide system configuration, reporting development and process changes
- Develop and maintains dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and help leaders make informed decisions
- Conduct root-cause analysis on system or data issues to resolve problems quickly and prevent future occurrences
- Partner with HRIS team to execute on Talent Acquisition system design and configuration
- Coordinate and executes user acceptance testing to validate that enhancements meet requirements and function reliably in production
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with business processes, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable
- Create and updates documentation and training materials to promote user adoption, process standardization, and long-term system health
- Facilitate presentations and discussions with clarity and precision to enable informed, high-quality decision-making
- Communicates effectively with stakeholders at all levels to build alignment, influence decisions, and maintain strong partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Talent Acquisition, HR, HRIS or related field required
- 3+ years experience performing Talent Acquisition/Recruiting tasks and/or adjacent experience required
- Experience using and/or administering Talent Acquisition technology tools including Applicant Tracking System(s) SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters a plus
- Experience with TA Technology tools and ATS preferred
- Experience leading end-to-end project execution by guiding design, planning, and delivery activities across cross-functional teams
Benefits & conditions
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $87,200.00 - $145,300.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 10 % or $ , based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change., With benefits starting on day one, our programs provide choice and flexibility to meet team members’ individual needs, including:
