Android Developer

IDR is seeking an Android Developer to join one of our top clients for an onsite opportunity in Bellevue, WA. This role involves supporting a major retail mobile application migration project, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition to a new platform. The position offers a chance to contribute to a high-profile consumer-facing application in the e-commerce sector., * Support the migration of an existing retail mobile application from its current platform/framework to a new platform.

• Design, develop, modify, and maintain Android application components using Kotlin.
• Develop and support application functionality utilizing React Native.
• Analyze existing application functionality and determine migration or rebuilding strategies.
• Monitor application behavior throughout the migration process, ensuring stability and performance.

• Professional experience developing native Android mobile applications.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Kotlin.
• Experience with React Native.
• Strong understanding of Android application architecture and mobile development best practices.
