Job description

  • Lead user experience planning, visual design, and interactive prototyping within an agile engineering environment.
  • Elicit user requirements and translate them into intuitive wireframes, storyboards, and interface guidelines.
  • Partner with multidisciplinary development teams to bridge UI/UX design with modern cloud and AI-driven architectures., * Direct the planning, design, and development activities to create compelling user experiences for complex tools and systems.
  • Conduct user experience research, usability testing, and optimization across multiple development efforts.
  • Build screen mock-ups, interactive prototypes, visual designs, and interaction specifications for technical teams.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and developers to review implementations and ensure adherence to design standards.
  • Apply knowledge of AWS cloud architecture, Linux environments, and scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Perl.
  • Incorporate emerging concepts and workflows involving Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

  • Degree: Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Years of experience: 8+ years
  • Total Compensation: $263k+ yearly (tentative)
