Job description

Lead user experience planning, visual design, and interactive prototyping within an agile engineering environment.
Elicit user requirements and translate them into intuitive wireframes, storyboards, and interface guidelines.
Partner with multidisciplinary development teams to bridge UI/UX design with modern cloud and AI-driven architectures., * Direct the planning, design, and development activities to create compelling user experiences for complex tools and systems.
Conduct user experience research, usability testing, and optimization across multiple development efforts.
Build screen mock-ups, interactive prototypes, visual designs, and interaction specifications for technical teams.
Work closely with Product Owners and developers to review implementations and ensure adherence to design standards.
Apply knowledge of AWS cloud architecture, Linux environments, and scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Perl.
Incorporate emerging concepts and workflows involving Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Requirements

Degree: Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 8+ years
Total Compensation: $263k+ yearly (tentative)
